 Healing begins with awareness.

After more than 30 years of working with clients, I have come to believe that the body holds incredible wisdom. When we slow down, listen, and create space for awareness, transformation becomes possible.

Throughout the past 30 years, I have served as a practitioner, teacher, and guide—helping people reconnect with themselves through massage therapy, Reiki, energy healing, and intuitive coaching.

My journey began with massage therapy and a deep fascination with the body's innate ability to heal. I graduated from The Swedish Institute College of Health Sciences in New York City, where I developed a strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic bodywork. My training included Swedish massage, deep tissue therapy, myofascial release, and Shiatsu massage.

Throughout my career, I have been both a practitioner and a teacher. For several years, I taught all aspects of massage therapy, helping to educate and mentor future therapists while continuing to deepen my own understanding of healing, bodywork, and client care.

Over the years, I have continued to expand my studies through advanced training in structural integration, craniosacral therapy, prenatal massage, Reiki, energy healing, essential oils, and a variety of holistic wellness practices. I am a Reiki Master and Teacher and remain committed to ongoing learning and personal growth.

Yet some of my greatest teachers have been the thousands of clients I have had the privilege of working with throughout the years.

They have shown me that healing is rarely about fixing what is wrong.

More often, it is about creating enough space, awareness, and support for people to reconnect with what is already right within them.

Through decades of experience, I have developed a unique approach that is all my own—blending therapeutic bodywork, Reiki, energy healing, intuitive wisdom, and conscious awareness to support healing, growth, and transformation.

I meet each client exactly where they are, creating a space that supports greater awareness, emotional connectedness, and the opportunity to move toward the next level of their healing and personal growth.

While every session is different, my intention remains the same:

To create a safe and supportive space for healing.

To encourage greater awareness, clarity, and self-trust.

And to support each person in moving forward with greater confidence, balance, and peace.
